2nd time in 2 series he's intentionally tried to injure someone on our team.

Ducks playing great so far this period. Dominant on the cycle and defending very well.

Boy, we were so fortunate there that they didn't score while Gibson was down for an extended time.

Credit RC again for making all the right adjustments/line changes within the game tonight.

He has changed, he said he was a different coach when he came back and he's proving it.

Rinne slowly coming back down to earth? What is his save % for this series?

What was the stat they quoted toward the end of the game, something like Rinne gave up as many goals tonight as he did for the entire CHI series?

I'd hope that Player Safety will look at that but I'm not holding my breath.

Teemu needs to get his roller out.

Pekka Rinne is Finnish for "Peppered Rubber"

Kesler is in Joe-Hanson's head.

Forsberg is a twat.

All 3 goals they gave up were unforced, flat-out, mistakes.  Just bad plays.  They can clean that up.

I'll second that. I was REALLY skeptical at the beginning, but he's earned points with me!

And a happy Mother's Day to me! Nice to see a win. Rinne is human after all. This will not be a dull series.

Yes, Happy Mother's Day! The next three will be close, but we will win them all! When we get on track, we can control these games. It's the slow starts that make it really interesting.

That has been a common theme for these playoffs in my opinion. With few exceptions, the Ducks have beaten themselves when they have lost.

It's not to take credit from the other team, be it the Oilers or Preds in Game 1, I believe your opponent gets credit for forcing you into sloppy play. With that said I feel the Ducks have had a higher percentage of defensive breakdowns turn into a goal against. When they clean that stuff up they look like they can beat anyone.

Check out johansens quotes about Kessler being dirty. LOL! Kessler have the perfect response. "I play hard, I guess he doesn't like that"

This is one of the reasons we'll win - we're already in their heads. Rinne's given up 7 in two games - that's 7 more than he gave up to Chicago in the first 2 games. We're in his head, too.

That's the next shirt he should have made. "I play hard, I guess he doesn't like that"
