I voted for Scotty. But I think Beauchemin should be one of the choices.

Each series has had a different hero. No one person has been consistent through each game except perhaps Sami. Yeah, yeah, I know, biased as always. He's had a tough job in Iginla and Sakic, yet he has done his job. Huge on the face offs and penalty kill. He's even thrown in a goal or two (including a game winner). Always unheralded, but very deserving.
Scott would be my second choice for overall contribution.
