I remember in 2002-2003 when it seemed that he could barely find the net with his shots most of the time. But that same year, Pahlsson couldn't BUY a goal either.
In the NEW NHL, Sammy is flourishing and so could Stan.

The worst that happens is Cheeseball gets dumped. On the other hand, if he has turned things around and is a different person and different player.....

It was a joke.
Don't mind our DK, he's like this with all newbies. Well, almost all....

Maybe Beauchemin will just punch him upside the head and he'll be ok then

He had 2 chances to prove himself that he can be a mediocre LW threat. Did he? I suppose not and why waste his cap (on the roster) while we could bring someone else from Portland or sign a valuable winger that has NHL experience unlike Stan.

Stan has NHL experience... I guess his first season as a Duck wasn't even to convince of his talent. I just say that if he takes advantage of his chance, the Ducks won't regret it.
It's a big IF, I know... but the payout would be bigger than not taking the risk.
Man I would feel really bad if we released him or traded him, and he became a huge scoring threat elsewhere.

And Bryzfan, you never know in Russia what they do there. He might have had a lobotomy and we didn't hear about it!

One more chance I think would be smart. Look how many people felt that Teemu was all washed up and kept giving his stats for Colorado and his last season in San Jose as proof. Sometimes we don't have all the facts as to what is going on with a player.
