Why i can't send a PM??

My best guess I have is that their PM box is probably full. I had the same problem last week.

Some people do not allow PM's or emails either. You can tell by what is highlighted at the bottom of their postings. (Offline/Online, PM, Profile, Email). Although if someone is asking you to PM them with info and it gets rejected, it definitely is full. There are a few who don't let you do some of the other functions, though.
