Updated Tuesday, November 21
Ottawa Senators: Alfredsson, Volchenkov and Emery did not skate today. (resting bumps and bruises) Alfredsson took a shot from Corvo in the back of the leg last night, and Emery's wrist is still bothering him. All are expected to play tomorrow in Philadelphia. - TSN
Anaheim Ducks: Defenceman Ian Moran cleared waivers and reported to the team's minor-league affiliate in Portland, Maine. - LA Times
Boston Bruins: Defenceman Jason York, making a quick comeback from knee surgery, continues to skate, but there is no timetable for his return to game action. - Boston Herald
Chicago Blackhawks: Radim Vrbata is questionable for Wednesday night's game against Calgary. His left eye was swollen shut Monday and black and blue after getting hit with a stick late in Sunday's game. The injury looks worse than it is but could have been far worse than it was. Hawks recalled Carl Corazzini from Norfolk and sent Michael Blunden back. - Chicago Tribune
Detroit Red Wings: Forward Tomas Holmstrom (groin), defenceman Niklas Kronwall (groin) and goalie Chris Osgood (wrist) have missed the past three games. Kronwall and Holmstrom skated Monday and completed the entire practice. Babcock is confident both will play. Dominik Hasek will start Wednesday against the Canucks. - Detroit News
Minnesota Wild: Walz, who has been battling a hip injury the past month, played only one shift in the third period and was kept off the ice as a precaution. Right wing Marian Gaborik is scheduled to return today to the Twin Cities from Vancouver and continue skating as he enters his second month on the sideline with a strained groin. - Pioneer Press
Nashville Predators: Arnott tweaked his knee in the second period on Monday and didn't play at all in the third. But Trotz said based on preliminary evaluations that Arnott would be probable for Wednesday's game against his former team. Predators have placed right wing Scottie Upshall on injured reserve due to the groin strain he suffered last Wednesday. Defenceman Mikko Lehtonen was scheduled to undergo further evaluation in Nashville on Monday. Lehtonen has been suffering concussion-like symptoms since taking a blow to the head last Thursday against Minnesota. - Tennessean
New Jersey Devils: Scott Gomez, recovering from a groin injury that has sidelined him for the last seven games, will rejoin the team in time for practice today. "As far as we're concerned, he's 100 percent," general manager Lou Lamoriello said. - Star Ledger
Philadelphia Flyers: With Alexandre Picard out because of a concussion, the Flyers called up defenceman Jussi Timonen from the Phantoms and reassigned center Ryan Potulny to the AHL affiliate. - Philadelphia Inquirer
Pittsburgh Penguins: Ouellet was scratched last night because of leg injuries. He said he was "day-to-day," and did not project a possible return date. - Post Gazette
San Jose Sharks: Cheechoo (left leg) is out. F Mark Smith (charley horse) is on injured reserve but should be activated today. - Contra Costa Times
St. Louis Blues: Goaltender Curtis Sanford, who suffered a mild groin strain last Tuesday in Calgary, returned to practice Monday. Manny Legace will start against the Blue Jackets, despite being pulled in his past two starts. - St Louis Post Dispatch
Hinote has returned after missing three games with a neck strain. Defencemen Jay McKee who has a broken finger and Matt Walker who is also recovering from a groin strain did not practice. - Belleville News-Democrat
Tampa Bay Lightning: Tim Taylor, who has missed the past three games with a neck injury, could return to the lineup either Wednesday or Friday. - Tampa Tribune
Worried Ryan Craig's left knee would be sore after a check he took Sunday, the Lightning called up center Blair Jones from AHL Springfield. - St. Petersburg Times
