Great link, thanks. You see a lot of guys who for their own self respect should just retire, a lot of waaaaaaayyyyyy overpaid egos and a few great steals. Let's hope that the Ducks see the good deals out there and grab them.

I liked Simpson, I never understood why he got traded. I thought he brought quite a presence here and was a more experienced player we needed. I would take him back in a heart beat!!! :tu:

There would have been a good reason to get rid of him in the first place. So maybe it won't be worth trying to get him back. I don't know...

Hull will be playing in the WHL next season, as it is being set up by Bobby Hull, his uncle I think. Kovalev will be playing some where or other, but not here, we need a power forward. Kariya may come back, although people here don't like him much anymore, but I want him back all the same.
There a load of big name about this year, and they won't be getting the big money thay want untill after the CBA is fixed. Some could call it a day too, Chelios, Eddie and Thomas for example.

I believe the thing with Simpson was that he was supposed to go off the ice during that Kings game and he told Babcock no and then he turned the puck over at the blue line and as you know we lost that game...but it was his attitude that game that got him traded....plus there was that other game against Phoenix or was it St. Louis where he scored into his own net....but I did enjoy his scoring streak for us and did enjoy his energy.

That would have to be why he went. Not seeing many ducks games last year means I miss these things
