For a long time I could not figure out why my computer was blocking the Reply/New Topic buttons. The only way I could see the buttons was to post from work.
Turns out Norton Internet Security was blocking them because of Ad Blocking feature was turned on. Strange that it would think those buttons were ads. I added allducks.com to the exempt list and all is better now.
Thought I would share this since I couldn't find anything on the message board regarding this problem.

Searching on "Norton" pulled up Marshy's solution over in this thread: <link> And Sam Beckett solved his own problem with mobile code blocking in Zone Alarm. <link>
You're smarter than the average bear... my searches were too limited I guess.
Surprised to see me Itlan?

I'm having problems with the fast reply option. Doesn't respond at all for me, so I have to do it the long way with "add reply."

It's nice to finally say hello to you Mrs. Brevo! I did not join this site until recently, but I've read several of your posts and others' as well since like... 2 years ago. It's good to know that we have such devout Ducks fans such as yourself and giving us up-to-date insights about everything. Anyways, it's good to finally hop on board!

I am having similar problems with the ADD REPLY and FAST REPLY not showing up on the ALLDUCKS WHITE version of the board...clearly related to my recent installation of Zone Alarm. Also, I keep randomly having to sign-in again when switching pages here.
I have read the post about turning off mobile code blocking in Zone Alarm, but it has been and still is 'off'. Any suggestions, or should I can Zone Alarm?
EDIT:
I seem to have solved this problem by adding my local DCHP and DNS Server addresses manually to the trusted zone in Zone Alarm Security Suite. Anyone with this problem who needs specific instructions please feel free to PM me.
Second Edit: No. I still have problems randomly having to re-log-in from page to page. Any ZoneAlarm gurus out there with other suggestions?
THIRD EDIT: I have junked ZoneAlarm Security Suite...multiple problems. I am now using Kaspersky Internet Security Suite 30 day trial...works like a charm so far!! Caveat Emptor!

But I have a problem guys... I know that this isn't the right place to post this but I can't get my text editing box to work on ANYTHING but "Fast Reply". I can't start a new thread, reply to topics, send PMs, or edit my signature because all of those text boxes simiply won't appear (in all cases but the signature editing there is a blank space on the page where the text box should be).
P.S. I don't think it's my browser, I've tried IE and FireFox on two different comps...
Have you tried looking at the two computers' firewall settings or the two browsers' default settings? I think scripting and cookies need to be allowed in order for things to start behaving nicely on this board.

Well I've tried that and no luck so far. I use AVG for anti-virus and I wonder if that is the problem. Other than that I can't get anything to work

I'm not familiar with your OS, but try changing the board skin from "ANAHEIM DUCKS 2.1" to "IPB 2.1 Default"
Look at the bottom left corner of each Web page and you'll see a pull down menu between the "RSS" button and the "English" language pull down menu.
