a. Turco is an amazing puck handler. You're not going to strip it from him and dump-ins don't work. FORECHECK!
b. Dallas is a LOW SCORING TEAM! You need about 3 goals to beat them.
c. You should NEVER be outshot by Dallas. That just shows how much you suck.
d. SHOOT THE DAMN PUCK! Stop being cute with it!
e. PLAY PHYSCIALLY! You babies.
f. Make sure you pay the refs more than Dallas did....
The Bolts didn't do what was needed to beat Dallas. They played right into Dallas' game and let them win this one. Absolutely disgusting. They squandered a FULL 2:00 5-3 PP. Pathetic....DID NOT deserve to win this one.
O'Brien and Holmqvist were the only bright spots for TB tonight. OB played very well in his first game in Tampa.

Oh come on Duckette, Richards deserves some love for the stellar deek on his breakaway
In other news, I  Murray and the Blues. LOL!
Meh, Turco totally screwed that one up with going to the poke check. All Richards had to do was hold onto the puck. He didn't even need to lift it. He's lucky he didn't put it over the net.

Note to other teams in the NHL: Do NOT invite Phoenix to jersey retirement nights if you want to win the game!

The Edmonton Oilers, appearing shell-shocked over the trade of leader Ryan Smyth, lost to the visiting Phoenix Coyotes 3-0 Tuesday night in an NHL game that began with the jersey retirement of former Oiler great Mark Messier.
The Oilers, playing in vintage orange and blue jerseys from the team's 1980 Stanley Cup years, mustered just two shots in the first period compared with 10 for the Coyotes. Fans cheered when the announcer sounded the last minute of play in each period and booed the home town team off the ice.
Angry fans chanted "Smytty! Smytty! Smytty!"
"Let's go Islanders!" shouted another, referring to Smyth's new team.
