Bruins' centres Marc Savard, Patrice Bergeron and Phil Kessel have not scored a goal in seven games - Boston Herald
The Latest from Buffalo
Daniel Briere became the first Sabres player since Pat LaFontaine in 1995-96 to reach 80 points. LaFontaine had 91 points that season.

The Latest from Dallas
Defenceman Mattias Norstrom tweaked the same knee he injured earlier in the season, but he was wearing a knee brace and didnt suffer much damage. Norstrom is listed as day to day. Winger Eric Lindros injured the same groin that has been bothering him and also is out. There is no timetable for his return. Krys Barch (toe) skated in practice and is listed as questionable for Sundays game. LW Brenden Morrow, who has been out with three severed tendons in his right wrist, has a doctors appointment Monday and said he expects to be cleared for contact. - Dallas Morning News

Dominik Hasek, who returned from a thigh injury, is scheduled to make his second straight start in goal on Sunday. Tomas Holmstrom is scheduled to return as well. He missed the past two games with an upper-body injury. Danny Markov is expected back for Tuesdays game at Nashville. Johan Franzen remains day-to-day. Both have upper-body ailments. No return date has been set for Henrik Zetterberg, who has a disk problem in his back and has not played since Feb. 24. Zetterberg scored 13 goals in 11 games last month. - Detroit Free Press
The Latest from Florida
Alex Auld is out for the season after knee surgery, leaving 25-year-old Craig Anderson - who has played only 44 seconds in one game this year - as the back-up to Ed Belfour, who started his 20th consecutive game on Saturday. - Palm Beach Post
The Latest from Los Angeles
The Kings probably will be without rookie center Anze Kopitar for another two weeks as he tries to strengthen an injured lower back. Kopitar has seen two back specialists since suffering the injury at the end of practice on Feb. 27. He has sat out five games thus far. The Kings also will be without Derek Armstrong, who Crawford said suffered a minor strain in his left knee Friday against the Detroit Red Wings. He was expected to be out at least a week. - LA Times

The Latest from Tampa Bay
Defenceman Paul Ranger had an MRI exam on his left knee at a Calgary clinic. Trainer Tommy Mulligan said the test confirmed a partial tear of the medial collateral ligament. No surgery is required, and Ranger is expected to be out four to six weeks. - St. Petersburg Times

Wilson admits he has been tempted to pull a goalie after the first shot becomes a goal, but he has never done it.
"I have done it after two shots," said the Sharks head coach. "I always give the guy two shots."
...
SHORT HITS: Young Oilers defenceman Danny Syvret could be in for another long game tonight.
After being victimized by Corey Perry and the high-powered Ducks to the tune of a minus-three rating, Syvret will likely face Bill Guerin, Patrick Marleau and Joe Pavelski on the Sharks' second line.
