Are their plans to sell "Ducks 07 playoff run" shirts in the store here like last year?? I bought one last year and was hoping you guys would have them this year as well.

If you think the Ducks are going to miss a marketing opportunity and a chance to make obscene amounts of money on playoff gear, you are nuts. Of course there will be shirts - and hats, keychains, pucks, and every other item you can stick a logo onto. All for more than the usual amounts and everyone will snap them up. Including me.

I think what dUcKgUrL4eVa meant was MT going to design another playoff shirt and sell on cafepress.com like he did last year. He made the cool Pirates and Ducks ones for last seasons playoff runs, and I got one of the Duck ones. I was wondering this too from our fearless leader!

I'll try and get something up this week. Any suggestions on what you want on the shirts? Something similar to last year? Something new?

I bought the shirt last year and loved it MT. Personally, I think we should come up with something a little different with this batch. I've made some shirts on cafepress, but I'm not as talented as you are. I'm going to throw out a couple ideas for you anyways. I think these shirts should really showcase this site, so would it be dumb to have the back of the t-shirt have a jersey feel? Try something with ALLDUCKS.COM as the "player name" and "07" as the number. The front of last years shirt was nice, but like with each changing season and sports team slogans, we should change from BELIEVE to something new. Something funny? Something straight to the point? I've got some ideas with Parros or Niedermonger, but some board members may just like something simple.

I think TMDM84 has some nice ideas there with the jersey type thing....the new slogan is the tough part...what has defined this season's team....Destiny....Desire....Deliverance??? just some thoughts

In my mind, this playoff season is about completing what went unfinished last year -- both by the Ducks and by Pronger.
So, something along the lines of an "unfinished business" theme seem appropriate, IMO.

Team slogan:During Friday's pregame practice and conditioning, a lot of Ducks players were wearing black T-shirts emblazoned with one word: "PASSION."
"Todd Marchant gave them to us a couple of days ago," Dustin Penner said.
