Get this: Our local channel (here in Tampa Bay) that would broadcast the hockey game for NBC, is having it's annual telethon to raise money for the Children's Hospital tomorrow during the Ducks/Sens game, and no other local channels wanted to pick up the game. So, the Tampa Bay Lightning organization bought air time with their OWN money on our local channel 38 so that residents here in Tampa and the area surrounding Tampa could watch the SCF! THAT'S AWESOME! They should really be commended like this. It's organizations like this that are really helping hockey fever spread!
Why I love...

Ottawa? lol.
That is awesome. Now if only KDOC would pick up the games so Versus would actually come in in the OC.

Awesome, go Tampa! Just another reason the Lightning have some of the best community development of any pro sports team.

I will! And, they got the game moved on to a channel available to everyone! Channel 47! (38 wasn't available to Direct TV/Dish for some reason) Great job by them!
