This topic was brought up in another thread but I think it deserves a topic of its own if, for nothing else, for historical reasons. As far as Ducks go Jason Krog went to Halifax, Armstrong, Foster, Mottau (is he still a Duck?) and Hankinson to Dallas.

We will have an NHL season and therefore these drafts will be unimportant...the Mighty Ducks are gonna shock HOCKEYNATION!!!! Give me my Mighty Ducks hockey Goodenow and Bettman!!!! :rant:

The weird this about this "draft" is that they haven't actually drafted any of these NHL players...they have just earned exclusive rights to negotiate with the players in the event of a lock-out. They may not even sign any of these guys.

thats very true, they should have confirmed that these guys would play in the WHA before they conducted the draft. :beat:
