I just can't let Derek Jeter win, because he is so evil.

Vote for him as he is the only NHL player in this thing.

Why can I only vote for Bonds or Gordon?

Because like Ducksrule00 mentioned the poll for Sid or Derek won't be up until tomorrow.

This is a hard one for me. Jeter is a class act all the way, probably one of my all time favorite players. However, since there is only Sid for the hockey cause, I probably will go that way, but I am sure that New York will be strongly behind Jeter. I predict Jeter will take the day. Again. biggrin.gif

Well it could be today! I watch ESPN the morning after (which would be this morning) and they were reviewing the Bonds and whoever faceoff which I guess happened yesterday). Reolays of programs on TV are confusing as heck!! biggrin.gif

After watching ESPN's "panel," Sid better win just to show them a thing or two. One of them said that this would be the biggest blowout in all of the voting. Well, lets make sure that doesn't happen and keep it close and hopefully get the Kid the win.

Watching what the panel has said the past few times, Sid doesn't stand a chance with them unless he starts dating a few more starlets!! biggrin.gif

Not too shabby a showing for a "niche" sport ...

July 11: (2) Derek Jeter def. (7) Sidney Crosby (63.8% - 36.2%)

I was frankly astounded that Sid received that many votes! Good job hockey fans everywhere!! biggrin.gif

I think if they would have put him up against Danica things might have turned out differently. rolleyes.gif
