Despite published reports that Brett Hull has all but signed a deal to return to the Dallas Stars, his agent says the two sides not "close at all".

"That's one person's perception," Bobby Hull Jr. tells the Arizona Republic. "They're interested. We're talking numbers and details, but, no, Phoenix is not out of the picture."

Hull also tells the Pittsburgh Tribune Review that the Pittsburgh Penguins have indicated some interest in the soon to be 40 year old sniper.
