OK, trying to sort this out to avoid having to use Cafe press(who's quality is lacking)

if I can make this work, I will do higher quality shirts out of the shop we use for the company i work for.

I'm thinking I would just offer them in 2 sizes, Adult XL and Adult M and they would be $20
I can probably cover shipping in that $20 inside the US and maybe Canada, but international would be another $5 or $10.

Here's the final Art:

With "ALLDUCKS.COM" on the back, in the same font used on the outside circle of the logo

At this point I'm trying to decide between White or Orange shirts, but i couldn't include that many questions in the poll smile.gif

so here's a few questions to help me sort this out

I'm kind of on the small side, so I'd prefer a small, and if any kids want them, an adult small would still be big on most of them. Would Drew wear XL or L?

I like the idea of white for the shirt, but orange would stand out.

shirt.woot.com sells a different shirt a day, I don't know where or how they get their shirts printed, but they use American Apparel t-shirts and the quality seams excellent, and they sell them for $10 shipped

white is easy, looks just like the image above.

orange would be cool, but it would require laying down a white base coat in order to maintain the white center portion of the circle... this owuld create a large printed area that may feel a bit stiff until it was washed a couple times.

most people that wear L could wear XL, if it was a bit big just wash it and dry it Hot and it would shrink enough smile.gif

the thing is if we go this way than i need to standardize sizing a bit to simplify the order processing... this is going to be a ton of work to get done and shipped... but the overall quality will be worth it... i'm just trying to figure out how to make it a little easier smile.gif

maybe i could add a Child's L to the sizing

I'd prefer black or white honestly.

Personally, I'd prefer a white one over and orange one. For some reason I think the orange would be too much orange.

white would be easier and nice when you arent wearing it to the honda center.

the sizing is a smart idea on Todrick's part and I agree that you could just go up one size larger. The nice thing about this is that CafePress.com takes a comission out of the sales so this means more money for the charity.

ok the volume here look small enough, I think I can just do exact sizing... i was worried about a large volume of spuratic sizing just being a nightmare to deal with... but right now we are only looking at 20-30 total shirts... let me talk to the printer, he may have shirts in stock and that would save me time ordering the blanks... I think what will happen here is I open up for orders, then get shirts made to fit each order, the turn around on getting the shirts printed would be about 7-10 days, but this will allow me to actually offer specific sizing.

either way i will open up ordering on wednesday
