Considering Pronger was summoned to the League offices and the time it would take to travel, it's a safe bet that the NHL would like him to miss atleast tonight's game.

So, who do you add to the lineup if you're Carlyle? Bergeron? DiPenta?

Since we have been having our struggles scoring goals, I say we go with MAB. He reportedly can put the puck on net, and we could use a boost on the PP as well. I say give him a shot at it.

When you use logic like that, it makes me want to change my vote away from DiPPY.

But, adding Joe would allow Huskins a bit more offensive creativity and Schnieds more minutes.

Pronger was out once and Bergeron went in. He'd need him for the PP and Joey D never will see PP time.

I would put MAB into our Lineup. I guess he could deliver one of Prongers main assets. He can blast the puck to the net or even better into the net. It's a nice feature, I woud say.

MAB looked VERY nervous in our D zone last game he played. I dunno on this one. We have had trouble scoring goals on Legacy all season so I would have to go with MAB.

DiPenta. He is dependable defensively and MAB makes me nervous. I expect the offense to score and when that doesn't happen then you've always got Marchant wink.gif So when you need a defenseman replace one with a dependable one and let the scoring be handled by the goalscorers.

Right now I feel more comfortable with Joe. I want to see MAB play again to see if he's improved, but he makes me nervous. I'd also like to see his PP shot, but again he makes me nervous.

Schneids better get extra minutes no matter who is in for Pronger. He is better both offensively and defensively than either of those guys ever hope to be.

And as long as we are on the subject, I would like to see MAB get some time with Schneider on the PP, because Mat sets up people for big shots very well. One of our biggest deficiencies has been one-timing the puck on net. Hopefully MAB is able to unload his cannon with the one-timer.

MAB. Hes a great offensive weapon on the PP and that's what we'll miss the most with Pronger out.

I'd like to play MAB for a few games...considering we have 8 that need filling. Maybe he'd feel more comfortable with the team and this would be a good setup for the playoffs, if we ever find ourselves down a defensemen again. We know DiPenta can fill in at a moments notice, may as well give MAB a good once-over.

Since Pronger's meeting was over the phone he could've played if not for his ridiculous suspension

He was asked to go to the League office for a hearing. He declined.

My point was that the NHL was planning on a suspension if they were asking him to fly cross country.
