At this point its whoever can take down the Sharks if they get past the Stars that is. I'd like to say Detroit but they seem so beatable in my Ducks fan mind (we've shown that plenty in the last few playoff runs) but are they physical enough? It's a toss up since I haven't really been watching the Avs to get a fix on them.

In the east, Montreal just because I love to see the Canadian fans go crazy!

Well the Habs just had a goal waved off as time had expired so maybe I am a jinx. But I just can't bring myself to cheer for the Flyers *shudders* It'll all work out in the end, err maybe. wink.gif

Can you at least find it in your heart to cheer for Loops? Maybe your jinx will filter into the Flyers that way. wink.gif

Whoa! OT in their first game. And Loops scores a PPG early in the 3rd to give them the lead til Kovalev ties it up with a half minute left. And then Montreal wins in the opening minute of OT. That must've been some game with the flukey goals reported in the recap!

phi.png 3 - Umberger, R. (13:15 in 1st), Dowd, J. (16:49 in 1st), Lupul, J. (PPG, 00:19 in 3rd)
mon.png 4 - Kostitsyn, A. (09:44 in 2nd), Kovalev, A. (SHG, 16:03 in 2nd), Kovalev, A. (PPG, 19:31 in 3rd), Kostopoulos, T. (00:48 in 1st OT)

QUOTE
Lupul, who scored Philadelphia's series-winning goal in overtime Tuesday night in Washington, got his second of the playoffs - after a brief video review - when the puck came out of Price's glove and hit Lupul's hand before going into the net off the Flyers forward's skate.

Richards took a needless penalty to put Montreal up 6-4 in the final minute leading to the Kovalev goal. Philadelphia had the game won hadn't it been for Richards.
