This ought to be a good one. I like both teams, so whichever one moves on will make me happy; but still, I am rooting more for Flyers. I wish both teams well!

Philadelphia being eviscerated by Pittsburgh. It's 4-0 in the second. Philly flat as a pancake.

Well, that is saddening. Good job to Philly though, for making it as far as they did. It is just not their turn this year.
Congratulations to Penguins! I hope they boot to the moon whichever team they have to play now.

TSN's Ice Chips:
With their victory on Saturday, Dallas became just the 13th team out of 153 to force a Game 6 after trailing 3-0 in a series. If they can win Monday they would become just the sixth team to force a Game 7. Only two teams have ever come back to win a best of seven series after losing the first three games: the 1942 Toronto Maple Leafs and the 1975 New York Islanders. - Dallas Morning News
The Red Wings secondary scoring has all but dried up after Johan Franzen went out with concussion-like symptoms four games ago. Jiri Hudler is the only Wings' forward other than Henrik Zetterberg or Pavel Datsyuk to score a goal in the past three games. - Detroit Free Press
Braydon Coburn did not dress in Game 5 against the Penguins. However, Kimmo Timonen was in the lineup for Philly.
Neither center Evgeni Malkin nor right wing Petr Sykora skated Saturday morning at the Penguins practice facility. Both are expected to play today. Gary Roberts, who has been out with pneumonia, skated Saturday and could play in Game 5. - Tribune Review

Philadelphia welcomed back All-Star defenseman Kimmo Timonen, who missed the first four games of the series with a blood clot on his left ankle, but even he couldn't make a difference as the Penguins put this one away early.

I hate watching the east and west finals, it was not long ago when teemu was on that breakaway and lifted the puck over hasek's shoulder and the ducks took the series by the neck and never looked back....ah well i got the dvd of the 2007 champions i can just keep watching it over and over and over again
