sjs.png Defenceman Rob Blake will miss at least the next two games because of an injury suffered when a deflected puck struck him on the chin during Thursday night's 3-2 loss to the Calgary Flames. - Mercury News

stl.gif Defenceman Erik Johnson says the "worst is behind me" in his season-long rehabilitation on his right knee. Johnson had surgery in mid-November to repair a torn ACL and will report to doctors in about three weeks for a re-evaluation. A day after saying he would play against the Colorado Avalanche, Blues forward Keith Tkachuk (upper-body injury) missed Thursday's game against Colorado. He skated in the Blues' morning practice Thursday but afterward met with team trainers and decided to sit out. Tkachuk told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch on Wednesday that he did not suffer a concussion. - Post Dispatch
