Seems to be a lot of talk of dissatisfaction and canceling of Season Seats...
So... What are your plans?

I'm renewing!
I like hockey, and hockey is best viewed in the arena. "Cup Contender" or "struggling-to-get-to-eighth" doesn't change that.
Many teams have gone through the same boom to bust transition....some would say it's a required right of passage. I want to be there when the next Cup Contenders come to Anaheim.

I've been a SSH since '02, but never my own account. Have the best of the buy 2 get 2's (IMO). But my friends did not want to renew next year, and living/working in San Diego, I've missed a lot of games (at least half, but sold). The economy is the main reason my friends aren't renewing. I'd hate to lose my seats, but gotta do what you gotta do. I may give in and get seats myself though... might.

I want to, but I'm not sure if we will because of buying a new house and pay getting cut, it just might not be realistic next season, which really sucks.

I'm actually planning on becoming a Season Ticket holder for the first time in my life. I've always wanted to have season tickets to a sports team and am finally in a position where I can do it. I plan on getting two seats and then donating them to the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Orange County. Their offices are in my hometown of Tustin and it's a program that I've always wanted to support. I hope that the tickets will give kids and their bigs a chance to spend an evening together enjoying hockey. I also hope that it exposes some kids to the game that might not otherwise have gotten a chance to go and gives the bigs a chance to have a fun time without having to spend a lot of money.
My intentions are not entirely philanthropic, mind you. I do plan on using the money I spend as a tax deduction and I plan on being the one that enjoys the benefits like the Season Ticket Holder only events. I also believe its important to support the Ducks when things are not going well. It's easy for them to sell tickets when the team is a Stanley Cup champion or when they are coming off a great season. It's not as easy when they are playing like they have this season or when the economy is in the toilet. While I realize that the best way for fans to voice their displeasure is to not buy tickets but at the same time I don't want the team to suffer financially because that means they will cut the budget for players which effects the product on the ice which then effects season ticket sales and the cycle continues until you end up like the Coyotes, Panthers, Predators and Kings. I don't want that to happen to the Ducks and am willing to do what I can to help avoid it.

I am buying for the first time.
To be honest i don't mind a rebuilding team.
I think us true old school Ducks fans are used to it for about 12 of the 15 years we've been around

Renewing mini plan, but moving the seats to terrace value. It's the economy and a compromise because my son still wants to go to games.
