Pavol Demitra didn't skate today. Head coach Alain Vigneault called it a maintenance day and that "in theory", Demitra should be available for Game 3. In practice, Mason Raymond skated on the Kesler/Sundin line in place of Demitra and Taylor Pyatt replaced Raymond on the 3rd line. - TSN

According to a report, Mats Sundin is playing the series against the Blackhawks with a sprained MCL in his right knee. - The Globe and Mail

Anyone else see the camera focus on Ovechkin as he taunted the Pens along with the crowd? I'm not a fan of those chants from the crowd anyway, but I've never seen a player join in.

Methinks that Ovechkin didn't get enough attention as a child.

Both Ovechkin and Crosby with hat tricks but Washington takes the win 4-2 and the series lead 2-0...
