I was watching Day in the Life of Chris Pronger yesterday... caught a piece of the poster behind his locker, couldn't see the entire thing all I saw was something about making excuses.. Does anybody have a picture of this, or know what it says? Thanks in advance!

Awesome!! Thanks.
You don't possibly have the rest of the posters up on the walls in there do you? That'd be great if you did! :-D

I've had them written down from a long while back. They are in order:
1. Maintain Positive Attitude - expect a lot of yourself and only accept your best. Don’t sulk or point fingers. Stay positive when things get tough.
2. Every player is a leader – lead by example: work ethic, support teammates, bring energy every day.
3. Self disciplined aggression – control emotions when playing aggressively or you will be controlled by opponents or situations (i.e. bad call, cheap shot)
4. Avoid making excuses - admit mistakes, errors, lapses in discipline, defeats, without excuses. Learn from your mistakes. Focus on improvements.
5. Unselfishness is essential – team before self! We win together and lose together. We are all responsible. Teammates, staff and officials are to be treated with respect!
