"Sitting on the bench. Wow. Am I tired."
"I'm thinking about going for Chinese food after the game."
"How come the Swiss guy always gets to play these days?"
If any of the players "twitter," it would be the young guys, rookies, prospects.

Friends, don't judge me
i'm not that much into it, i'll give you my take on it
it's like blogging but with short messages... what u feel, what u do, what u see... regular ppl do it (like when we went to a David Cook concert there was a girl with us she was updating stuff to ppl who subscribed to her twitter with messages like, "on our way to valpo" or "got here this and that already here, waiting for another person" etc ) celebrities do it... there was one singer (?) she was hiding tickets to her show in some place and then gave twitter updates for her fans for the scavenger hunt...
i follow only Ducks twitter (btw they give away ticket to games... u have to obviously be in the area, so for me it's just a taunt)..
there's also some goon there impersonating pronger
oh and you can use your phone for posting or receiving twitters...

A Puck Central list of hockey websites, beat writers, players, agents and bloggers that have the "best" information (update regularly & provide relevant hockey news) to follow on Twitter.

And I'm 99.9% sure it's the real Teemu that I've befriended. I don't know about the accent.
But I do know that many, many of his friends on FB post in Finnish. And, yes, I did mention that I am in the "ONE MORE YEAR, at least" camp. He doesn't really respond to anyone but that is understandable because he gets so many. He'd need a full-time secretary just to keep up with all of the postings.
