Veca received a seven page letter from Mallard that Mallard wanted posted here. The problem is, mom (Veca) can't log in. We've tried everything and she just can't log in. Does anyone know what could be the problem or what we can do to get her logged in?

What is the problem she is having? Wrong password or something? Her account looks fine.

I have no idea. I've tried her password and it doesn't work. She had a password sent to her, she tried and I've tried it and it doesn't work either. We've been hitting the limit on tries. It looks like it doesn't like the password.
I may try again tonight and see if I can get her logged in.

I made it!! I was thinking that MT saw the chance to keep me out and grabbed it..
