The NHL and NHL Players' Association ended yet another long session of bargaining talks Wednesday and decided to schedule another meeting for Thursday.

I doubt if there gonna do anything. If they didn't do nothing today then tommorow they will be posing for animal-crackers.

I guess NHL & NHLPA suits will discuss more World Cup - the tournament they are organizing together (!!!)- than the "real thing"... hmm.gif

I Estonia there is saying: Much noise, little whool...

It describes current negotiations. Too many press conferences by both sides blaming the other...

It should be like Pope election: guys are locked into the room and won't be let out until they have done their job!!!

mf_pcwhack.gif notify.gif uhm.gif gosh, I love the smilies.....I have to agree with you Ahti about locking both sides in a room till they come to an agreement.

Better yet, lock them in a room with Veca till they reach an agreement, bet they would come up with something real quick THEN...... dribble.gif

The animal crackers thing's a great idea actually.

Does anyone know if the players have made a proposal? I know the owners have, but have the players? What's their proposal? Or are they just saying no to everything?

crazy.gif crazy.gif the big stopping point seems to be the word "CAP"....the players won't hear anything with that word in a proposal! Period!
So damn mature...and NO!!! The players have not made any proposals from what I've heard and it's starting to tick off some of the hockey insiders!!! eyebrow.gif
