Thanks to DK for covering while I battled this upper body injury. I'm day-to-day now and hope to be fully recovered soon.

Jonas Gustavsson will undergo a repeat heart ablation procedure on Friday. The first procedure took place on September 15, 2009 during training camp. The determination was made after Gustavsson was examined on Wednesday by medical specialists. - Team Release

Defenceman Carl Gunnarsson sustained a hyperextension injury to his elbow in Monday's game against Buffalo. He is expected to be out of the lineup for approximately six weeks. - Team Release

wsh.png Alexander Semin (sore wrist) and Tom Poti (bruised chest) returned to practice after missing seven and five games, respectively. Mike Knuble (broken finger) practiced with his teammates for the first time and remains on target to return Dec. 9. - Washington Post
