the dump and chase mentality is a great tool for this team when ahead, however we seem to be continuing the dump and chase even when behind... Carlyle is refusing to conform to a better strategy and for that he needs to go. Carlyle is a GREAT coach with a good defensive team, awesome goalie and powerful forwards. however this team has gained skilled forwards, and puck moving d's since Burkes departure, and those arent the type of players that fit carlyles gameplan IMO.
