Jordan Hendry got a second consecutive game on the blue line in Barker's absence, while Niklas Hjalmarsson recovered from the flu to return to the lineup. Lou Lamoriello said Saturday that everything was 'status quo' as far as the injury report. David Clarkson (broken ankle) is skating, but Paul Martin (broken left forearm) and Dainius Zubrus (broken kneecap) are not. Lamoriello declined to give a timetable for any of the players' return.
