How about a scoreboard watching thread? It's down to the last 20 games and all of a sudden we are actually IN the race.

2/12 ... FRIDAY

Tonight ...

Nashville v NJ ... lets go DEVILS!!
Vancouver v Columbus who cares! Lets go Columbus just cause I have an Ohio State connection!
St Louis v Toronto ... well LETS GO LEAFS on just general principles. St Louis isn't gonna get back in the race, but lets add in a quick prayer that Kariya gets injured.
Minnesota v Atlanta .. Lets go Thrashers
Phoenix v Colorado .. doesn't really affect us, so I'll go with my Polish buddy, Wolski .. lets go AVS!!!

The teams that are really in the hunt are Calgary, Minn, Dallas, Detroit and us. All idle tonight!

I'm not sure if we'll be watching the Leafs game this evening as it's a 1.30 face off for the Barmy's. Ponder this, I shall banana.gif

For ESPN America viewers the Montreal vs Philadelphia game is on at 11pm then it's the Leafs at 1.30am in the UK

Interestingly enough I have the opposite problem Barmy! The Montreal/Philly game starts at 3:00 PM PST and the Toronto game starts at 5:00 PM PST on Center Ice. I don't leave the office until after 5:00 PM, but luckily for me, they are repeating both of these games tonight. Now I just have to stay away from this thread, NHL.com and I'll have to cover my ears and sing "la la la la la.." when a few of my office mates come by to tell me the scores they saw on an ESPN crawler in the break room!! biggrin.gif
