I was told I was smoking crack when I picked Montreal in 7 (see www.hockeytalk.biz for my prediction). 4-0 Montreal - who is smoking crack now?

Go Habs! 15th pick sounds better than 16th.

MTL's situation this year is very similar to Anaheim's last year.

8th seed defeating the presidents trophy winner in round 1 and then taking the defending cup champs to game 7 in round 2.

Philadelphia forces game 7. They're the 6th team in NHL playoff history to go from 0-3 to 3-3. Game 7 on Friday.

Wow. On both games. If you would have asked me last week if I thought either winning team from tonight would still be in it today, I would have laughed. I gotta catch the replay of the Pens/Habs game tomorrow.

I am so happy the Habs won. Anyone but the Pens. Buttman's prized team didn't need its head to be any larger.

Boston better pull out a game 7 victory or I'm not going to be a happy camper.

TSN's Ice Chips

QUOTE
bos.png Mark Stuart once played in his second straight game on Monday in place of Adam McQuaid. McQuaid, who suffered a leg injury in the first period of Game 3, did not practice on Tuesday and is not expected to suit up tonight for Game 6. - Boston Globe

mon.png Defencemen Andrei Markov (knee) and Hal Gill (cut leg) took the morning skate however it looks like Markov won't be ready to go. If that's the case, expect Bergeron to take Darche's spot on the fourth line. - TSN

phi.png Forward Claude Giroux was on the ice for the optional morning skate Wednesday and said he will be in the lineup for Game 7. He didn't practice on Tuesday, but he passed the baseline test to show that he did not have a concussion. - TSN

pitt.png Dan Bylsma didn't say if he would consider dressing Jay McKee tonight for Game 7 in place of either Jordon Leopold or Alex Goligoski, who both struggled in Game 6 against Montreal. - Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

Damn this is hard! We have former Ducks everywhere, it seems!
Well, I DO hope, at this moment in time, that it comes down to Boston and Chicago battling for Lord Stanley's cup. That would be something, for sure. Two of the original six ... Yup, I would really enjoy that!
Well, ok, I know that Montreal is one of the originals too. So even if it was Mon'real vs Chicago ...

Really? Are you a Pens fan as well? If so, then I understand your feelings, and sympathize.

Montreal has hooked me. I love watching those talented little midgets - and their dad, Hal Gill - scamper around the ice. I love that Subban kid, Halak is out of his mind, Travis freakin' Moen, the Quebecois are going nuts - what's not to love?

They are my team from here until the Cup is handed off.

Bleu, Blanc, et Rouge!

And I'm still pissed that the Ducks didn't take a serious run at Cammalleri when he was a FA. Too small, not physical enough. The guy's worthless. All he does is score goals....

Belarus will have their first Cup champions if Habs win. The cup did make it to Minsk once (Thank you, Khabibulin, or rather his wife lol) but it would be so special if it's brought by homeboys!
