Montreal Canadiens winger Pierre Dagenais and Ottawa Senators defenceman Brian Pothier are the latest locked out NHLers to speak out, expressing concerns in separate radio interviews over whether players of their ilk are being fairly represented by the NHLPA.

Perhaps if the league contracted, Mr. Dagenais would not be employed and earning $500,000. Mr. Goodenow has a conflict in that he should protect salaries, as well as jobs.

sad.gif Well, as in all aspects of life, the first to feel the pain are the "little" people, same thing in hockey. It's the least paid players who will feel the most of the salary cuts. You don't think that if the multi million dollar players stop making their big bucks, the "little" guys will be getting what they are getting now??? rolleyes.gif

Probably as the lockout extends, more and more of the average-joe type of players and younger players will start speaking out. They have more to lose by an extended lockout and if the league contracts any teams.
