The NHL Players' Association and its core group emerged united following a four-hour meeting Tuesday, seemingly as committed as ever to fight a salary cap.

NHLPA is like the puppet show. The committee and the top guns pull the strings and run the show. What these guys (the not-so-rich players) say have no impact with the direction the association goes. The meeting was probably a waste of time for players like Dagenais. It's like a dictatorship.
