who cares if the season is cancelled... I dont care... I'd rather spend my time watching the NBA, than rather waiting for hockey which wont come till the next 2 years.

ya know, I'm starting to feel bad for the "little" guys of the sport...people like Gerber, who gets his chance to be a starting goalie, the Thrashers who get to host the All-Star game, and all the average joe players who just want to play and are willing to take a salary cap. All the people who work behind the scenes; at the offices, marketing, etc. who are being laid off from their jobs.
I am sorrier for ME...I was looking forward to getting to a game once in a while with my friends and getting a small but needed vacation from my current responsibilities. Hell, I was looking forward to getting Center Ice and watching the games from the comfort of my recliner. Oh well, I guess I can use that money to buy some nice Xmas gifts this year!
Now if only some of the players would shut their pie-hole (yes, I am getting sick of reading some of their rants), let us commence with the sport.
