So what's Yzerman been smoking or swallowing?? I could use some of it.
It must be his "almost into retirement" blues clouding his vision (or giving him visions). Give up on this season already ... start working hard on resolving the CBA issues rather than spouting off this pie-in-the-sky rhetoric. The fat lady has sung. Sheesh!

I want what Yzerman is having. Sounds really good. Don't know if it's legal, but it sure sounds good.

Fire Goodenow and allow Yzerman to negotiate...at least he wants to resolve this.

Another player who made a lot of sense and seemed to understand both sides was Oates. He is a little better educated I think and understands business issues better than most.
Lawyers???? There is a reason they have been the butt of jokes for as long as I can remember and long before even my time!!!!

Not sure if I'm getting punchy or what but your post DTP really had me laughing. Yzerman needs to get a grip.

If Yzerman really believes that, then let him try to do something about getting something done. I see no harm in it.

Aw shoot! My comic wit has been dismissed as lvsprt's reduced state of mind. Oh well, I'll take what I can get ... lvsprt, the pleasure was all mine in providing you with the giggle fit.
