Isn't it strange how there is no season but there is certainly a pulse on the NHL recently and it seems to be getting louder.

This bid was actually mentioned on Sports Center last night (and here I thought they had erased "NHL/hockey/Stanley Cup from their data base brains!!). The end of the story said that some comissioner or some official body was looking into the deal because they believe it would be in violation of US anti-trust laws concerning monopolies. duh.....

Yeah, it may be dorky, but people are letting the words hockey and NHL escape from their lips.......
