It's Emily Bob! My son's second grade teacher has this as the class "mascot" rather than having a live animal to take care of!

I didn't name Emily Bob! There were some other assorted animals with Emily Bob and they were all _______ Bob for their names, like Dinosaur Bob and Bunny Bob. I consider Bob the last name, not a confused gender situation. We brought in the book "Dinosaur Bob" because of this (by William Joyce of Rolie Polie Olie and Robots fame).
