Winger Sergei Samsonov has accepted his one-year, $2.77-million US qualifying offer from the Boston Bruins, the NHL team announced Wednesday.

Samsonov, 26, was fifth on the Bruins in 2003-04 in goals scored with 17 despite missing 23 games with a knee and rib injury.

At least B's have good goaltending. They need to get their leader back and quickly re-sign any of there defenseman that are FA.
