Does anyone know where former LA Kings RW and US international, Adam Deadmarsh has gone? He became an UFA after the 2003-2004 season, but after his concussion and undergone surgery, where did he go? Any ideas?

Nowhere that I know of. I believe that, as of today, he's still property of the LAK, listed as a UFA.

Really? Sounds interesting then...!
I know that the greatest time of this Free Agent frenzy is mostly over (with both Rob & Scott Niedermayer on board, it don't really matter that much now anyway
)
but, Deadmarsh is/was still a good player, which is whyI was wondering why no one was looking to sign him or anything...

From the sound of it, Deadmarsh is still suffering from post- concussion symptoms. It's sad really, he was a great player, both on and off the ice.

I always thought it was a pretty sad story, King or not. He's a young guy.

Adam Deadmarsh's story is very sad because of how young he is and because of how talented he is. I hope that some day the symptoms stop and he can live a healthy life.

Totally agreed, it's a shame really
However, none of you guys have heard any "official" statement from him or anything? Because if he really is retired, I wonder what he is going to do next....
But my hope is that he can return to the ice someday... just look at Jason Allison, who recovered from his operation and now is a Maple Leaf!
Yeah, we don't know how well he'll perform, but if he recovered, then perhaps Deadmarsh could as well? Optimism, anyone?
