I remember a few years back when he signed with another team (I thought it was Washington) ESPN refered to him in their headline as Petr Sykora (Not that one).

That was quite a shock at first but then I thought its way to quiet on the AD for Sykora to have left the Ducks.

I remember that one too!
Maybe the NHLPA should have a rule like SAG has.
Only one person to a specific name. If registered member already has a certain name, the next actor wanting to use that name has to use a different screen name even if it's their legal name.
