QUOTE
Sundin, who has not played since the Czech Republic embarrassed Sweden 6-1 in the World Cup quarter-finals in Stockholm last September, went on golfing trips to Dubai, Spain and Florida, saw a Formula One race in Barcelona, and went on fishing trips to Norway and in his native country during his time off.
He also travelled back and forth between Sweden and Toronto in the past 16 months. But he said little to the Leafs' faithful through the media during the lockout.
"I stayed under the radar a bit, but it was not by purpose," Sundin said. "I think we were all frustrated."
