QUOTE
The NHL Players Association has filed a grievance on behalf of Stars defenseman Philippe Boucher, seeking pay for the canceled 2004-05 season – approximately $2.6 million – because Boucher went through two eye surgeries during the lockout.
...
The key points in Boucher's case, which is expected to go to an arbitrator, are whether he was officially cleared as healthy by the Stars at any point before the lockout and whether he could prove that subsequent eye surgeries would have prevented him from playing in 2004-05. Boucher played in 46 games after the eye injury in 2003-04.

hmm.gif It'll be interesting to see how this one's decided.
