well i was looking through the new rules and i came across a problem as i was playing nhl 2k6 ( yes i play video games haha) and i am confused on the lines behind the net i know the goalie can not go out of the etc.
BUT what about what parts of the goalie can leave the inside lines
for instance...
can a goalie play a puck outside the line with his stick only?
can a goalie play a puck with one skate in and one skate out?
can a goalie put both skates on the line or can the goalie not go on the line at all?

if anyone knows the answers to these please fill me in...
thanks a bunch smile.gif

I think the keeper is no alowed to touch the puck when the puck is in the box. Don't matter where he is. I'm not sure on how the law is worded, but that's the impression I get from reading things.
