I have skates and have always, ALWAYS wanted to play hockey never had played. How much? And would you be willing to let a noobie play? I mean I have played street hockey before on skates

Realistically, the best and pretty much only place I could play is Wayne Gretzky's Rink or whatever in Irvine off of Barranca... pretty cool rink. If there's another place in Orange County or near, I'd be willing. This is getting me too excited, haha, I just have missed playing so much.

If this is a serious topic (witch I really hope it is becuase i'm getting really excited just thinking about it) I have a buddy that might wanna play. Get some info and I might get a couple of guys together and make a decent team.

Yes, it is indeed roller, which I love and have played before as I mentioned. If this is a serious deal, I could get others to join most likely.

I went to anaheim hockey club today, and anything for adult leagues you have to joing as a team. Its 1400 for the team. There is a list of players you can put your name on for teams to call people if they need another player. Open rink mon and fri from 3-5 8$

sorry about the long time without a response, honestly im very surprised at the level of interest here. Honestly the league we play in is not for new players. You would struggle considerably and probably get knocked around quite a bit. I was not able to fill out a roster this season because alot of my guys had various other things come up at the last second. I do have about half a roster in place right now though and we WILL be playing again in the Winter season. Like i said i really need to know your level of skating ability etc etc....usually it costs about 125-140 per season every ten weeks annually to skate with the team. AIM me at boozie565 and so i can talk to you in detail. For the new hockey player I am willing to practice with you in the 12 - 15 weeks before the next season so we can see how far along you come. If your a fast learner you'd probably be able to contribute a bit to the team by the time the season starts. AIM me ASAP so we can get things in motion.

Oh guys i have a leage of players willing to play lol but we play at Burbank some cool big rink its awesome we havent played in a while but were willing to get back out there if you guys come along. And we play for free just pick up games for fun.

First of all, sorry for putting it in the wrong forum, but in the "On The Rink" forum, no one would see it, so, yeah.

Anyway, my good friend and I have recently realized we must play roller hockey on a team.

I figured I'd see if anyone here wanted to play on a team and we could have pretty much an AD team.

So, if anyone is interested, just reply to this, there's no rush really.

I'd imagine the skill levels range pretty drastically on this forum. That could be an issue. Why roller, and not ice?

I'm in. I played for about five years at Anaheim Hockey Club. I have some buddies (who were my teammates at Anaheim) that are dying to play as well. They're not on All Ducks, but if you're having trouble rounding out the roster, they'd be more than happy to jump in.

I believe at Anaheim the seasons are ten weeks long, and cost upward of about $1000 per team. One of my friends is also a goalie and he is dying to get back into the pads.

So let me know if you're serious and I'll tell my friends about it.
