I was just wondering when teams can start doing trades. Do teams have to wait untill the playoffs are over or can the teams not in the playoffs start wheeling and dealing before the Cup is raised? Does anyone know?

UFAs are "free" on 7/1. I think trades may resume sometime between the end of the SC finals and draft day on 6/26, but I don't know the exact date.
