Please post your thoughts, comments and pictures about tonight's games on this thread. I can't believe we've gone two days without hockey the DT is starting to set in cold.gif And two more before the Ducks play... cold.gif cold.gif

NYI at Buffalo
Chicago at Columbus
Montreal at Atlanta
Philadelphia at Florida
Carolina at Tampa Bay
NJ at Toronto
NYR at Ottawa
Dallas at St. Louis (go Blues)
Phoenix at Colorado (dry.gif no right answer on this one)
Minnesota at Edmonton (a Wild win would be nice)
Calgary at Vancouver (a Canuck win might be the best for the Ducks)
SJ at LA (a Sharks' victory would be nice too)

Woo hoo - we're gonna have hockey again. Two days without hockey is two days too long (LOL, aren't we spoiled!).

NYI at Buffalo --> I'm rooting for an OT win by either team since I like both

Let's go tml.png nyr.png stl.gif min.png sjs.png ! No OT in Western Conference games please!

At least if SJ wins LA will stay at 45 which, if the Ducks beat CBJ on Wed would put us only 5 from LA. But I agree, either way it's pain.gif laugh.gif

From TSN.ca

Late Breaking Updates and Notes for December 26

Senators forward Jason Spezza will not play tonight against the Rangers. He is still nursing a strained pectoral (chest) muscle. Hasek will get the starting job for the Sens tonight. - TSN

Wayne Gretzky will not be behind the bench when the Coyotes play in Colorado this evening. Coyotes assistant coach Rick Tocchet told Phoenix media last week that Gretzky could return as late as a New Year's Eve game against the Avs in Glendale, Ariz. - Denver Post

There is a chance that the Maple Leafs will get Alexander Steen back in the lineup in seven to 10 days. The rookie forward has been sidelined with a dislocated thumb. - Toronto Star

Stars forward Jere Lehtinen is expected to return to the lineup tonight. Lehtinen missed Friday's game with the flu.- Dallas Morning News

Sharks defenceman Kyle McLaren is doubtful for tonight's game against the Kings. It was thought that McLaren would be back by now, however, the recovery from arthroscopic knee surgery is taking longer than expected. - San Jose Mercury News

Thrashers rookie netminder Kari Lehtonen may start in goal tonight against the Canadiens. Lehtonen has not seen action since opening night, suffering a series of groin muscle injuries. He will decide after this morning's skate if he will play. Other Trahser netminders Steve Shields (knee) and Mike Dunham (groin) should begin practicing this week. - Atlanta Journal Constitution

Look for Devils rookie Zach Parise to play a more prominent role with the team. The forward has been getting more ice time the past two weeks and is starting to show off his offensive abilities playing on a line with Scott Gomez and Brian Gionta. - Star Ledger

At least the Wild beat Edmonton. The rest of the scores were mostly crap...
Hedberg had two assists on the Dallas win over the hapless Blues...
