I voted for Beauchemin. When he came here during the fedorov trade he was like some nobody i almost felt insulted to be stuck with. I think alot of fans felt like they got the shaft until we actually saw him on the ice... wow... we jacked them on that trade =p

Selänne, I remember lots of crap on him people wrote last few years. He is back and absolute leader. From 3 big names (Selänne, Fedorov, Sykora) he is only real ducks.gif ... wink.gif

I'd say Beauchemin because some thought he was a scrub and we had been shafted in the trade. He is becoming a solid, smart defenseman that will serve the Ducks well for years to come.

My second is Kunitz. After the Anaheim/Portland/Atlanta/Atlanta AHL team/Portland/Anaheim journey is a big contributor on the first line.

I am taking Selanne. People said he wouldn't regain his form but look at him now? Leading the Ducks in Goals. Thats a way to shut up the critics

And DK, the Atlanta farm team is the Chicago Wolves

I'd say Ilya has surprisen me. I thought this year he will become another "average" goaltender, but with the rescent games he played and a while back he is becoming to a superstar and probably a starting goaltender for Russia! biggrin.gif

Ditto. I had no idea he would become so valuable to this team.

For me it would be:

1. Beachemin
2. Kunitz

Would say Mac too but I knew he had it in him, just glad to see it come through for him, one heck of a year he's having!

I went with Kunitz. From a guy that didn't have a chance in the NHL, to the starting LW and probably our best shoot-out man.

With Kunitz, Getlaff, and Perry, were going to be so freaking awsome in a year or two!
