It is supposed to represent 'bigfoot' as in "Ugh! Me Big Ugly Hockey Player from Cold Mountain State."

I tihnk it stands for a Yeti. The sotry of finding a Yeti's foot in the mountains after an avalanche. Thats what the foot stands for.
