I believe Teemu is. Not only MVP in ducks.gif , but should be considered to be one for entire league... Hart to Teemu!!! yes.gif

Another ducks.gif who should/could be runners for trophies:

Scott Niedermayer - Norris
Samuel Pahlsson - Selke

I think Teemu just brought a lot of confidence with him, which led to the resurgence of McDonald.

Honorable Mentions: McDonald, S. Niedermayer and of course Brian Burke....God only knows where we would be without him?!

I think it is hard to choose between Teemu and Scotty, but I went with Scott.

I agree with Ahti, give Sammy the Selke!!

Hard choice. But Teemu's got it. S.Niedermayer brought a great deminsion to the Ducks but Selanne cranked up his game & proved the doubters wrong.
Ducks Rookie of the year Beauchemin. Might not be a 1st year player but a Ducks rookie.

Teemu. I think he found a great linemate in McDonald, who is very much like Kariya. It makes sense that they play well together. Teemu is leading the team in scoring, he is a leader on and off the ice, great in the locker room, great for the kids. He has been a stabilizing force for the team all year.

I would give it to Scott Niedermayer as runner up.

Gotta be Selanne. But it was a tough choice between Teemu and Scott.

Teemu: 15:9... thumbsup.gif

Brian Burke: "True leaders don’t need a letter on their chest. They still lead. Teemu is like that."

JS Giguere: (What is key factors in ducks.gif sucsess?) "Good leadership from our captain Scott Niedermayer as well as Teemu Selanne. We're really coming together as a team and following the game plan that the coaches have set, plus everybody is having fun, which is key."

I chose Scotty, but Teemu is a very close 2nd for obvious reasons.

The way #27 plays just blows my mind sometimes. He can carry the puck into the zone it seems like everytime and I'm never worried when he's defending a breakaway. And OMG, his speed on the ice! It doesn't even look like he's trying that hard. The other day on XM hockey radio, I heard another player talk about once doing some speed drills with Scotty on the ice and he was dripping sweat and dog tired at the end. But Scotty? Apparently he didn't even break a sweat and wanted to go another round.

For me it's A-Mac because in my opinion we could expect such great work by Nieds and Teemu but it wasn't expected that Andy would be so great and successful!

Scott Nieds, he is so solid. Teemu is in a very very close second.

I'll give the credits to AndiMac, because I used his chance to give the Ducks one thing they were seeking for some time. A class A 1st line Center with playmaking abillities and some scoring touch too. who needs Fedorov, when you got AndiMac!
