I was one among the people that was very critical towards Randy Carlyle. It is really nice to be wrong... Sorry!

This is a tough one... gotta go with Carlyle! He proved me wrong since we had that 8 game losing skid. Lindy Ruff was a posibility too.

The Jack Adams Award is an annual award presented by the National Hockey League Broadcasters' Association to the NHL coach adjudged to have contributed the most to his team's success. The winner is selected in a poll among members of the NHL Broadcasters' Association at the end of the regular season.

Well, it sure won't be Andy Murray! Lindy Ruff has done the most with a team that no one expected to do much this season. That always gets my attention. No disrespect to Babcock, but it isn't too tough to go into Detroit with the personnel that they have and make them successful. Babcock was more deserving when he was in Anaheim, given the team he had and what he did with them.

I'm impressed with what Laviolette did in Carolina and of course, I absolutely love what Carlyle has done in Anaheim. But my vote goes to Lindy Ruff of Buffalo because he has gotten so much out of a team that does not have a true super star.

dontgetit.gif I voted "other". This year there are several coaches who have brought bottom feeding teams to the top. It's too hard to choose who has done the most.

Carlyle. He brought his team up, when they were down. The Ducks would be in the basement of the league without Carlyle.
