Now that it is offical that the Ducks are in the Playoffs, During our home playoff games in the past they have given out either the "fowl towel" we wave around in the air or the thunder sticks we hit together. What one do you like better or should they try something different this year.
I will start things out with a vote for the "fowl towel"

My vote is for the Thunder Sticks. I know lots of people find them annoying, but they add to the general atmosphere of noisy celebration. But there's no reason why we can't have both. I use the towel to celebrate goals and wins; the Thunder Sticks are to annoy opposing fans and to add to the noisy atmosphere of the Pond.

Fowl towel. In the 2002-03 playoffs the fans drowned out the thundersticks anyway! That building was so loud your ears rang for hours after each game. Also, the fowl towel is multipurpose. You can wipe away the tears from your eyes after the beautiful goal, the big save or the best forecheck. Also, you can use them the keep your hands warm and wipe off the beer from your chin.
The only drawback is that they are cheaply made and they tend to lint all over the place. After the game you look like you were iced by a skater!!

Fowl Towel. Less accidental whacking by seatmates. Save much better than the thunder sticks, which get holes in them or never deflate.
I still have towels from 1997. They were really nice back then - fluffy hand towels with substance, not the thin crap they passed out in 2003.
Between the cowbells and the drummers, I'll need earplugs if we add thundersticks.

Noise, I like lots and lots of noise......thunder sticks for me! But then I don't get to too many games in person so I don't have to risk damaging my ear drums.....

Duck calls and Fowl Towels. That would be a lethal combination of noise and visuals that would let any team, fan or viewer know that the Mighty Ducks were on the ice.
Imagine 14,000+ duck calls going at once as the Ducks opponent took the ice.

FOWL TOWEL! They're fun to whip the Kings fans at school with! JK!
